Privacy Policy

Effective August 3, 2026

Who this policy covers

Thruvian ("Thruvian", "we", "us") provides marketing and revenue operations services. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, including our contact form, and describes the privacy rights available to you.

Thruvian is based in the State of Oregon, United States. If you contact us or use this site, your information is processed in the United States.

Information we collect

We collect two kinds of information: what you give us, and what is recorded automatically when you visit.

  • Information you provide. When you submit our contact form we collect your name, company, work email address, phone number if you choose to give one, and the contents of your message. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that message.
  • Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, the pages you view, the time of your visit, and the site or link that referred you.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. See the section on cookies and analytics below.

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal information such as government identification numbers, financial account details, health information, or precise geolocation. Please do not include information of that kind in a contact form message.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about it.
  • Provide, and where relevant deliver, our services.
  • Operate, secure, and improve this website, including diagnosing technical problems and preventing spam, fraud, and abuse.
  • Keep records of our business communications, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you without human involvement.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for it to function and stay secure.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used, which pages are visited, and how visitors arrive. It is designed to be privacy-friendly: it does not use cookies, it does not follow you across other websites, and it reports in aggregate rather than building a profile of you.

We may add a further analytics service in future, such as Google Analytics. A service of that kind would set cookies or use similar identifiers, and would collect data such as your IP address, device and browser information, and the pages you view. We use analytics to improve the site, never to build advertising profiles about you.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them, though parts of the site may not work correctly if you do. Google provides an opt-out for its analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Where required, we honor browser-based opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, and only as needed to run our business. These currently include:

  • Our website hosting and infrastructure provider, which serves this site and keeps technical logs.
  • Our email delivery provider, which transmits contact form submissions to us.
  • Our business email provider, where we receive and store correspondence.
  • Our analytics provider, as described above.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Thruvian or others. If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

How long we keep information

We keep contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of our business communications, and then for as long as reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, or dispute resolution purposes. Technical logs are retained for a shorter period, consistent with our providers’ standard practices. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, as described below.

How we protect information

This site is served over encrypted connections, and our contact form includes measures to limit automated abuse. We restrict access to submissions to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal information, and access it.
  • Obtain a copy of the personal information you provided to us, in a portable format.
  • Correct inaccuracies in your personal information.
  • Delete your personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects. As noted above, we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
  • Obtain a list of the categories of third parties to which we have disclosed personal information.

Where data protection law applies to you, we process your information on the basis of your consent, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating our site, and where relevant the steps necessary to enter into a contract with you. You may also have the right to object to processing, to restrict it, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
